Data analysis combined with a system developed to integrate messaging APIs via WhatsApp, where field representatives receive relevant information in real-time, improving their performance.

Challenge

Sales managers or supervisors couldn’t track sales reps’ journeys while they were on their customer visit routes, receiving results only the following day.
A digital supervisor was created to send the correct message at the right time, enabling the salesperson to adjust their behavior in real-time to avoid poor performance.
