Additionally, we are always available to answer any questions you may have via email at contato@operdata.com.br, or by phone at +55 (31) 2516-0068.
1) How will we secure your data?
Oper is highly concerned with the security of your personal data. We implement all the measures recommended by the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) in its Guideline for Small Data Processors, which includes a variety of technologies and security procedures to help protect your information.
To ensure that your information is stored in a secure environment, Oper uses dedicated cloud servers with restricted access. Consequently, this company will only have access to your data for storage purposes as soon as you provide it to Oper. Additionally, using this server may involve an international transfer of your personal data to the country where the server is located: the United States.
2) What data do you need to provide on our website?
To request contact from our consultants for Oper’s services, the following information will be required: name, phone number, email, and company name.
3) With whom do we share your personal data?
We will share your personal data with the companies referenced in these policies to improve and carry out the website’s services. Except for the mentioned cases, in situations of legal consent from the data subject and by court order or legal requirement, we will not share your data with third parties.

When you access our website, we collect your access logs, i.e., information related to the date and time of using a specific internet application from a specific IP address. This information will be kept confidential by Oper in a controlled and secure environment for a minimum of six (6) months, in accordance with Law No. 12,965/2014 and Article 7, II, of Law 13709/18.
5) Will communication records be stored?
We will also store the conversations you have with us through our communication channels, as this will improve your service and make it more efficient. Without this history, you would likely have to repeat the same information every time you contacted us.

All your data will be processed for specific purposes and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law. All this information is detailed in a table for easier visualization in our Privacy Policies.
7) What are your rights?
